With the opening of the new location in Etaux, Auvergne-Rhones-Alpes region, Herrmann Ultraschall GmbH & Co. KG strengthens its presence in the French growth market. It provides the ideal basis for consulting, support and assistance without long travel distances or language barriers.
From the automotive industry to medical technology and packaging companies, ultrasonic welding is increasingly used in French industry as an efficient and sustainable joining technology. But especially in the French Market, local support is essential. Manufacturers rely on fast solutions, short information paths and service in their language. In the future, four employees will handle these tasks for Herrmann at the new location, which was officially inaugurated on October 18.
In addition to a state-of-the-art ultrasonic welding laboratory with measuring and testing instruments, the team has access to a large meeting room where training courses for customers will be held in the future. On-site consulting and service in local language as two important pillars of Herrmann Engineering are central components of the company's strategy.
"We are happy that we can now be even closer to our customers with the Tech-Center in France. This way, we can guarantee quick help when they need us. This is a big step ahead," explains Ludovic Menoni, director of Herrmann's French site.
