Quality management
Improvement of energy efficiency is a critical aspect of a sustainable and environmental economy.
This includes energy-efficient design and layout of production in the same way as continuous development of our machines and systems, e.g. through reduction of air and power consumption.
Environmentally friendly and energy efficient: The ultrasonic welding technology is considered an environmentally friendly technology. In comparison with other thermal joining processes, its overall energy footprint is reduced by 75%. This is due to power only being drawn during the actual weld time.
DIN EN ISO 9001:2015
The DIN EN ISO 9001:2015-based quality management system is structured according to the business processes of Herrmann Ultraschalltechnik GmbH & Co. KG and described in a manual.
The certificate confirms introduction and implementation of the DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 standard quality management system for the field of application:
- R&D
- Production
- Sales
of ultrasonic welding machines.
FDA 21CFR Part 11
Process safety and traceability are frequent requirements. The FSC software package by Herrmann supports the DIALOG controller technology in terms of compliance with strictest requirements according to FDA 21 CFR Part 11.
FSC software is directly integrated into the DIALOG control weld process control system, making an additional PC unnecessary.
- User authentication by password and photo
- User management (user profiles) and control of user access rights
- Documentation of all activities in the audit trail
