Deep Dive in AUTOMOTIVE and MEDICAL

With two new expert teams, Herrmann Ultraschall will be presenting strategic solutions and added values for customers in the automotive and medical industries at K 2025. Visitors can perform initial welding tests with their own materials on site in the LiveLab.

With its restructured sales organization, Herrmann Ultraschall is combining resources worldwide that are focused exclusively on the specific requirements of AUTOMOTIVE and MEDICAL applications. Customers benefit from a deep understanding of processes, fast development cycles, and optimal support throughout the entire project.

The versatility of ultrasonic as a joining technology will be demonstrated at the show booth using a new test specimen. This will allow a practical demonstration of how welding, flanging, staking, and sealing work with ultrasonic using a typical application from medical industry.

In the LiveLab, the mobile ultrasonic laboratory at the booth, trade show visitors can test their own materials and carry out initial welding trials. The results can be used as a basis for in-depth application consulting.
